Subject item has two approved sources, Gibson Cryogenics, Cage 62047, P/N 4-4-6217 and ITT Barton Instruments Corp., Cage 05991, P/N 281C-0001A. RFP#: SP0440-04-R-0195. Contracting Officer: Jan H. Matthews, 804-279-5893. Issue Date: October 28, 2003, Closing Date: December 2, 2003. Subject item is non-commercial. The requested delivery schedule cited in the RFP is FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Destination, 110 DARO. Subject RFP is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a Base Year and four (4) Option Years. The RFP estimated annual demand for the base year is 102 each. The estimated annual demand for each option year is 88 each. A Technical Data Package is not available for this NSN and requestors should not submit TDP requests to DSCR-VABA. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
