PR#: LTC03238014201, Scale, Weighing Electronic System. Item is sole source to Intercomp Co, CAGE 7W667, P/N PT300-4-10 RFP#: SP0440-04-R-0281. Contracting Officer: Jan H. Matthews, 804-279-5893. Issue Date: November 6, 2003, Closing Date: December 5, 2003. Subject item is commercial. The requested delivery schedule cited in the RFP is FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Destination, 60 DARO. Subject RFP is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a Base Year and four (4) Option Years. The RFP estimated annual demand for the base year is 130 each. The estimated annual demand for each option year is 60 each. A Technical Data Package is not available for this NSN and requestors should not submit TDP requests to DSCR-VABA. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
