- Treasure Island Job Corps Center is soliciting bids for a Life Safety System program for 11 (eleven) buildings, to consist of the following: 1. Alarm monitoring 2. Cleaning of equipment 3. Maintenance, replacement, and repair of equipment The successful bidder should be part of larger Security Services network, in order to better provide a ?One Stop Shop? for all of the program requirements. The successful bidder must also comply with all Federal Acquisition Regulation clauses and be compliant under all related federal statutory requirements and regulations. The period of performance for these services shall commence on (tentative start date) 2/1/04 for a period of 1 (one) year, with options to extend for 2 (two) additional (1) year periods. A mandatory JOB WALK is scheduled for Friday, October 31, 2003, 9:00 am with the Treasure Island Job Corps Safety Officer. Please meet at 655 H Avenue, Building #442, San Francisco, CA 94130. All interested parties will have to manifest their interest with a written response via email (imadad@jcdc.jobcorps.org) or regular mail, to the above address by COB on 11/15/03.
