- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) desires to offer its customers, on a national basis, the best possible products and prices, and to offer its contractors more opportunities within the VA system. The purpose of this Request for Information is to obtain the latest information in an effort to assist the Government in better understanding the types of concentrates for hemodialysis solution available in the market place and the terms and conditions under which they are sold. Your company?s response to this request for information will assist the Government in developing its requirements for a possible mandatory national contract. Please note that VA is not soliciting bids at this time and will advertise any future procurements for this commodity on the Federal Business Opportunity website www.Fedbizopps.gov and VA?s website www.bos.oamm.va.gov. Based on recent procurement history, the table below identifies the products currently being purchased by the Government of Hemodialysis Acid Concentrates and Sodium Bicarbonates by dilutions and percentages of Calcium and Potassium. 1.
