NA The pre-solicitation synopsis is changed to add the following: The RFP will be posted on or about October 22, 2003 on the United States Department of Army Interactive Business Opportunities Page (IBOP) Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) web site which can be found at: http://abop. monmouth.army.mil. The RFP and all a ttachments with related information will only be available at that address. The IBOP web site has been established to allow electronic transmittal of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Invitation for Bids (IFBs), and the receipt of proposals. All parties inter ested in doing business with ITEC4 are invited to access, operate, send and receive information from the Interactive Business Opportunities Page. Registration for a user ID and password will be necessary when browsing or considering the submission of propo sals to ITEC4 over the IBOP. This can be accomplished by selecting the New User Registration icon in the center of the IBOP Home Page under User Services. To access potential opportunities simply select ITEC4W-Active under Army Solicitations Login & View B y Army Contracting Activity. If you require assistance with the IBOP, please contact our toll free help desk at 1-888-414-2677. Comments on the RFP may be forwarded electronically in the format identified on the website above to Ms. Jacqueline Key at: jacq ueline.key@mail1.monmouth.army.mil.
