Description: The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) order to Martin-Baker Aircraft Company, Limited under sole-source BOA N00019-02-G-3046 for 63 Thermal Battery Assemblies, MXU-792A/A, with Missile and Space Batteries "green" thermal battery. Martin-Baker Aircraft Company, Limited is the sole designer, developer and manufacturer of Navy Aircrew Common Ejection Seats (NACES)and the only known source with the required technical expertise and data to meet the Government's needs.
