The offerors must be on GSA Schedule 84, SIN 426-99 for both International and Domestic (United States), Fingerprinting Services. The Request for Proposal will be emailed only to the contractors who are on both GSA Schedule 84 International and Domestic (United States),SIN 426-99 Fingerprinting Services. The Department of Homeland Security encourages the establishment of Contract Teaming Arrangements in accordance with - and as prescribed by - FAR Subpart 9.6.
