Description: Services for the operation, maintenance, and protection of Defense Fuel Support Point (DFSP) Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. The contract begins February 15, 2004 and is anticipated to be five years in length. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. The solicitation will be posted to the DESC web site on or about October 30, 2003. A preproposal conference will be held at two locations on site. Contractors MUST contact DESC-FP, Monica Fass, if they plan to attend and provide Name, Social Security Number, and Home address in order to obtain necessary clearances to attend by October 31, 2003. The conferences will be held the week of November 17, 2003.
