- PR: FPC03282001113 NSN: 4820-01-261-0339 DESCRIPTION: BODY, VALVE Whittaker Controls (79318) P/N 742478, 278 each including option. Delivery FOB origin to Tinker AFB OK in 185 days. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See note 26. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of 10/31/03. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. It is anticipated that award will be made via a delivery order to an existing basic ordering agreement. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
