Description
Number notes 1 and 26 apply. Solicitation will be issued utilizing Best Value source Selection procedures. A total small business set-aside negotiated Indefinite Delivery type procurement with two term options also applies. Sizes will be procured FOB destination to W25G1U (New Cumberland, PA). The quantity is 30,000 min and 100,000 max Coveralls, Mechanics, Camouflage Green PGC:02274 (8415-01-414-1856). Applicable Specification is MIL-DTL-32082 1 May 2001 with pattern dated 08 January 2003 Production lead-time is 150 days after date of award with 12 deliveries. Technical requirements of the solicitation consist of: PDM, Experience/Past Performance and DLA Mentoring Business Program. Prior award history is as follows: Contractor: JG Industries, Quantity: 4,540 min/5,680max, total dollar value $646,838.40 and there were two term options included. IMPORTANT NOTICE ON FOREIGN CONTENT: The Defense appropriations and authorization acts and other statutes (including what is commonly referred to as ?The Berry Amendment? impose restrictions on the DoD?s acquisition of foreign products and services. Generally, Clothing and Textile items (as defined in DFARS clause 252.225-7012) and ?specialty metals?
