- PR No: LTC03171012713; Solicitation SP0450-04-R-0009; NSN: 9150-01-096-6497, Hydraulic Fluid. Total quantity 594 GL (AEQ). Solicitation will include a term of base year plus four option years. Delivery: FOB Destination with inspection and acceptance at Origin, 40 DARO for stock delivery orders, in accordance with QAP 004 and 022 for EDI. DVD will be FOB Origin with inspection and acceptance at Origin, delivery will be 1 DARO priority 1-3; 1 DARO 4-5; 3 DARO for all other priority. Commercial item, Critical Application, Shelf Life, MSDS/ Hazard warning label. Quantity variance is plus or minus 5%. This is a ?1C? procurement. Solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis, under full and open competition. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are unavailable and can not be furnished by the Government on the NSN. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
