Description
This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared per the format in Subpart 12, as supplemented with additional information included this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested from interest parties for the procurement of the following equipment: 55 each Radio Unit to Encryption Unit Interface Cable, Technical Communications Corporation (TCC) DSP-9000 Encryption Unit to Motorola MICOM2E Transceiver. TCC Part number 415-25436, or equal and 55 each Military Handset Type H-250 for TCC DSP-9000 encryption unit. TCC part number 292-00108, or equal. The following Provisions and Clauses are incorporated into this RFQ by reference and are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27. No addenda apply to these Provisions and Clauses. FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors ? Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representation and Certifications ? Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions ? Commercial Items, FAR 52-212-5, Contract Terms and conditions required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items; FAR 52.246-15, (APR 1984), Certificate of Conformance. No additional FAR clauses apply. The contractor will be required to ship directly to Robertson Forwarding, Inc. in Miami, Florida. Packaging, packing, and preservation shall be in accordance with best commercial practices to enable shipment from CONUS to final destination without repacking or incurring damage during shipment and handling. Prices shall be FOB destination. Contract award will be made in the aggregate. This requirement is a small business set aside. Point of Contact is Albert W.
