- Description
- The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) plans to award a sole source purchase order to the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) to purchase the Roadside Design Guides, 3rd Edition. The guides will be used by the FHWA in the National Highway Institute training course entitled AASHTO Roadside Design Guide. AASHTO is the only known source for the guides. There is no other known source. This is a Simplified Acquisition and the anticipated award date is on or about October 29, 2003.
