- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs, John D. Dingell Medical Center, 4646 John R. Street, Detroit, Michigan is requesting quotes from small business to install, service, reconfigure, clean, move and inventory systmes furniture. The contractor must have a minimum of three years experience in this field. Request for the solicitation shall be in writing addressed to the contracting officer to include the company name, address, telephone number, fax number,point of contact and the solicitation number. Telephone or Internet requests will not be accepted. All requests must reference solicitation number RFQ:553-05-04. It is the contractors responsibility to verify that receipt of any requests or documents have been received in the contracting office on time. Do not request or send information via e-mail (internet) as VA does not assume any risk in the use of e-mail. Please read the solicitation carefully and in it's entirety, as answers to most questions are located within the solicitation. The NAIC for this acquisition is 811420 and the size standard is $6.0 million dollars. See numbered note numer 1. The solicitation documents will be available on this web site on Tuesday, October 21, 2003.
