- Description
- Contractor to provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials and necessary to remove the old domestic hot water heaters and install new hot water heaters under project, "Replace Domestic Hot Water Heater", at the DVA Medical Center, Hwy 6 West, Iowa City, Iowa 52246, in accordance with the developed plans and specifications. Work includes, general construction, mechanical construction, and electrical construction necessary to remove and replace the water heaters and condensate return equipment. Cost range is $25,000 to $100,000. NAICS Code 238220. This procurement is being conducted on an unrestricted basis in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. Electronic solicitation documents to include contract forms, specifications and drawings will be available in electronic format only through VA's website at http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov or FedBizOpps at http://fedbizopps.gov. A pre-con conference is schedule for October 29, 2003 @10:00 a.m., local time, Bldg. 21, Rm BA02 (Engineering). The solicitation material will be provided to the following sources where paper copies may be reviewed or obtained for a fee: Construction Update Plan Room, PO Box 1776, Cedar Rapids, IA 52406; F.W.
