In order to facilitate the logistical aspects of the site visit, a Jordanian company has been contacted. This company will serve as a 'bro ker'. The fee includes all transportation and lodging from Amman Jordan to Iraqi starting at time of arrival in Amman Jordan ending at the conclusion of the site visit. It does not include transportation to Amman for the start of the site visit or departing from Amman after conclusion of site visit. Companies will make their appropriate arrangements for travel to and from Amman. The following is tentative plan for the site visit: - On or about 3 Nov Site Visit commence in Jordan - 4 nights throughout Iraqi visiting 5-6 sites. - Travel back to Jordan for one to two day pre-proposal conference.
