- NA THIS PROCUREMENT IS BEING CONDUCTED UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF 10 U.S.C. 1091. ONLY INDIVIDUALS MAY SUBMIT A QUOTE. OFFERS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FROM COMPANIES. A personal services contract will be issued for a physician assistant (PA) meeting the following qualifications: (1) Masters Degree in Family Medicine; (2) Must have and maintain certification as a physician assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA); (3) Must have and maintain certification in basic cardi ac life support (BCLS); (4) 10 or more years as a special forces PA; (5) Must be a graduate of Army School of Aerospace Medicine; (6) Must be able to perform Flight Surgeon Duties: (7) Must be a graduate of US Navy Hyperbaric Medicine Officer's Course; (8 ) Must be able to perform Dive Medical Office Duties; (9) Must possess a TOP SECRET/SCI clearance or have held this clearance and can be renewed/activated. Physician Assistant may be required to travel, nationally and internationally, as directed by the S OFT Clinic OIC. All travel will be conducted in accordance with Joint Travel Regulation.
