- PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE ISSUED. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: 1) 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial; 2) 52.212-2 -- Evaluation -- Commercial Items. 3) 52.212-3, Offeror, Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items; 4) 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, with an addendum; 5) 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items. The solicitation number is 0404AN32306. This requirement is being issued by GovWorks under the Department of the Interior Franchise Fund on behalf of the Army. GovWorks procurement will handle the solicitation and resultant contract administration as well as payment of invoices. GovWorks is a Federal Franchise Fund Contracting Office under the authority of the Government Management Reform Act and provides contracting support to all Federal and DoD Agencies. This acquisition will be issued as a firm fixed price purchase order. Please include estimated delivery time and any freight/delivery charges, if applicable (to Alexandria, VA). Please quote on the following items: 1. QTY 2: IntraLink-IP streaming multiplexer (part # IX-INT-8500-A1H) 2. QTY 2: Power Supply Y-series 130w AC (part # IX-PSY130AC), Redundant 130 watt universal AC power supply. 3. QTY 4: 10/100BASE-T network interface for IntraLink-IP (part # IX-INT-CM-20-PKG) 4. QTY 12: Mpeg ANL+DGL PGM AUD XCVR (part # IX-PTR-255), Audio Codec Module - AES/EBU and Analog Input/Output. Duplex stereo, MPEG Layer II and III, G722, G711 aux data, optional contact closures. 5. QTY 6: XLR Dual Audio Interface (part # IX-AIP-12X), Audio interface panel for PTR-255 Code Module, XLR connector interface for 19" rack mounting with 5" cable for interface between the DB-15 and DB9 connectors on the PTR-255 and XLR connectors.
