- Description
- The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue orders on multiple occasions for a period of up to three years under a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) with Lockheed Martin, Ocean Radar and Sensor Systems Division, 9255 Wellington Road, Manassas, VA 20110-4121. Orders will be issued for Engineering Change Kits, and Engineering Services for the AN/SYQ-13 Navigation Command and Control System and the AN/SQQ-109 Machinery Ship Control. This includes Repairs, Restorations, Modifications, Installation and Checkout (INCO) materials, maintenance support materials, and repair parts. Orders will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 ? 1. Lockheed Martin is the only known company that currently possesses the in-depth technical knowledge of the equipment required to satisfactorily perform the work under the orders contemplated herein. No other source has the technical qualific ations and necessary resources to perform the work described herein, nor will any other supplies or services satisfy the Navy?s requirements.
