- Provisions of the Service Contract Act shall apply to the solicitation. Wage determinations have been requested for Portsmouth, NH and San Diego, CA. Clause 52.222-49, Service Contract Act, Place of performance Unknown, applies. The Contracting Officer will request wage determinations for additional places or areas of performance if asked to do so in writing by 10/22/2003, 2:00 p.m. NAICS: 541330.
