- Description
- The Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport, Rhode Island intends to compete for Integrated Logistics Support and Configuration Management services for Submarine Electromagnetic Systems. This acquisition will be set aside 100% for small business under NAICS Code 541330. The size standard under that Code is $23 Million. The resulting contract will be an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity type with cost-plus-fixed-fee provisions. The period of performance will be no more than five years. The total estimated level of effort is 162,600 man-hours and includes the following categories: Program/Project Manager I, Analyst I, Computer Systems Analyst II, Logistician II, Logistician I, Configuration Management III, Configuration Management II, Training Specialist II, Training Specialist I, Technical Writer-Editor, Drafter II, General Clerk III. Services will be Government-site as well as Contractor-site. Award will be based on a best value determination. Evaluation factors will be Personnel, Past Performance, and Cost. The Service Contract Act applies. This is a follow-on contract to Contract N66604-99-D-4005. Number Note 1 applies. NAICS: 541330.
