- Description
- Requirement: The U.S. General Services Administration is seeking to lease a minimum of 3,985 to a maximum of 4,400 square feet of ANSI/BOMA Office Area of first class, high quality office space and 800 square feet of wareyard space. Delineated Area: Offered properties must be located within the following delineated area: Hunterdon County- Pittstown, New Jersey North: Van Syckels Corner Road South: Rt 12 East: Rt 31 West: Pittstown Road & Perryville Road Lease Term: Ten (10) years with cancellation rights after the fifth (5th) full year of occupancy. Owners and Authorized Agents: Submissions by other than the owner of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space.
