- The NASA Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization and MTA, Inc. are pleased to present Training and Development of Small Businesses in Advanced Technologies (TADSBAT) I. This unique and dynamic training program represents a pro-active approach to increasing the participation of small businesses in NASA programs. TADSBAT-I is a basic course designed for companies that have been in business for at least 2 years. The course is designed to train potential NASA small business contractors on the skills it takes to: market to NASA, bid to NASA, perform contracts for NASA, and close out contracts with NASA. This dynamic 3-day course will provide an overview of NASA's acquisition culture as well as case studies such as financial management, marketing, teaming agreements and proposal preparation. Date: November 4 - 6, 2003 Training Location: Hilton Alexandria Mark Center 5000 Seminary Road Alexandria, VA (800) 445-8667 Registration Fee: $50.00 (covers lunch and refreshment breaks for all 3 days) Registration begins today through October 31, 2003.
