- THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE COMBINED SYNOPSIS/RFQ FOR POWER UPGRADE SOLUTION. Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their quote. This notice serves as the official amendment to subject synopsis/RFQ and a written amendment will not be issued. The purpose of this amendment is to revise the site visit date and the response date as follows: *Tentative site visit date: October 21, 2003 *Response date: October 24, 2003 Prospective quoters shall submit to this office written notification not later than 1:00pm (EST) on October 20, 2003 (email is preferred) of their intent to submit a quotation and/or request information regarding the time and location of the site visit. The due date for receipt of offers is extended to October 24, 2003. Companies shall provide the information stated in the synopsis/RFQ posted on the NASA Acquisition Internet Service (NAIS) on September 17, 2003. Documents related to this procurement are available over the Internet and are in Microsoft Office 97 format and reside on the World Wide Web (WWW) server which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
