- Description
- The USPS is completing final site and building plans for a new leased building of 3,110 net interior square feet on an uncontrolled site of 31,815 square feet. Offerors will be required to acquire the site, construct the specified building and upon completion, agree to execute a lease with the Postal Service for the entire property. Any award made under this solicitation will be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal is complete; conveys an appropriate level of experience and references to assure performance of the specified requirements; conveys a well considered development plan (i.e. construction cost assessment, identified financing/equity sources); and outlines a well conceived and equitable rental package acceptable to the Postal Service. This is NOT a sealed bid advertisement and proposals will NOT be publicly opened. Solicitation packages will be available on or about October 14, 2003, for a $125.00 non refundable fee.
