- Requests For Proposals (RFP) are being solicited for RFP CO4032/KAM - Public Perceptions of Transit Tracking Survey. The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) requires the services of a professional consultant to implement a survey (1) measuring the changes in attitudes toward and awareness of the Metro System, (2) identifying customer segments and ridership opportunities, (3) developing effective strategies for communicating with individual customer segments, and (4) identifying the impact of any new, increased, decreased and modified service as described in the Scope of Services.
