Description: The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agriculture Research Service (ARS) intends to negotiate solely with Waters Corporation, Milford, MA, to provide maintenance for a qTof-Ultima Mass Spectrometer with software updates and upgrades for Masslynx Software for the period 10/01/03 through 09/30/04. Companies with demonstrated capability and financial capacity to service such equipment must submit a written substantive statement outlining the company?s capabilities to the Contracting Officer within 15 days of publication of this notice. This is not a request for proposal nor is a solicitation available.
