Description: This amendment is issued to clarify and amend the following for solicitation GS05P03GBC0121: 1. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this solicitation is 541310, Architectural Services. The size standard for this industry, defined as the annual average gross revenue of the concern taken for the last three (3) fiscal years, is 4 million dollars. 2. Per the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), part 52.219-14, Limitations on Subcontracting, applies to this solicitation. At least 50 percent of the cost of contract performance incurred for personnel shall be expended for employees of the awarded concern. 3. The firm that is awarded this contract will be not be eligible for the design-build award. 4. Five (5) copies of the required submittal information shall be submitted to the attention and to the address as listed in the original solicitation. THE DUE DATE FOR THIS SOLICITATION IS EXTENDED. ALL REQUIRED INFORMATION SHALL BE SUBMITTED NO LATER THAN NOVEMBER 07, 2003 BY 4:00PM CST TO THE ATTENTION AND TO THE ADDRESS AS LISTED IN THE ORIGINAL SOLICITATION.
