- 10/17/03 (Update) The final RFP was scheduled to be released on October 15, 2003; however, posting of the final RFP has been delayed. It will be posted before the end of October. We regret the delay. Thank you for your interest. Please continue to check for updates. 6/2/03 (Posting) Please note that this is a draft Request For Proposal (RFP). As such it is designed to accomplish three goals: 1. Communicate to industry what it is the CDC wishes to procure. 2. Communicate to industre how it is that CDC thinks we want to procure it. 3. Solicit from industry observations, suggestions, opinions, best practices, and questions about the proposed procurement. This is NOT an opportunity for vendors to market themselves to the CDC. Recommend that you start by reviewing Section H of the RFP. Thank you for your interest in this most important CDC initiative.
