- Description
- The Food and Drug Administration [FDA], Center for Devices and Radiological Health [CDRH], intends to award a purchase order to Schmidt & Leslie using the simplified acquisition procedures for professional services for a facilitator for the period October 31, 2003 through September 30, 2004. As part of the scope of work, Schmidt & Leslie will complete a strategic planning process for meeting with participants, propose agendas, and group exercises. The facilitator will be tasked to help the center senior managers and project officer to plan and facilitate a series of 14 center level and 20 office level strategic planning sessions starting October 31, 2003 through September 30, 2004. Schmidt & Leslie have a vast knowledge and experience working with the FDA on strategic planning over the past five [5] years and understands the mission and vision of the FDA for the future. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes and request for quotation exists for this requirement; however, parties interested in responding to this notice will need to submit technical data sufficient to determine capability of providing the same service. A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the direction of the Government. See Number Note 22.
