- Description
- It is the intent of the National Library of Medicine (NLM) to procure annual renewal for the Setup Reporter Maintenance and Support services on a sole source basis with Applimation Inc., New York, NY 10018 for the Applimation Setup Reporter and MetaBuilder product for Oracle environments. Applimation Inc. is the leading provider of configuration management software for Oracle Environments. Applimation brings order and control to implementations, upgrades and maintenance activities, saving troubleshooting time and minimizing unexpected events. Setup Reporter helps manage an Oracle Application Setup to ensure integrity and continuous business operations. Applimation offers a unique, sole source product that will automate the following Setup Management activities: documentation of configurations; compares setups across versions; instances and/or operating units; monitors multiple instances in real time; and tracks configuration setup changes. During the term of this agreement, Applimation will provide support and maintenance services with regard to the software. The proposed acquisition will be obtained under FAR Part 12 (Commercial Items). This is not a Request for Quotations (RFQ), nor is an RFQ available; however, all responsible and responsive sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered by the NLM. Firms interested in responding to this notice must be able to provide the services as specified above. Responses should demonstrate the firm?s ability to meet the government?s requirements. Responses are required within seven (7) calendar days from the publication date of this notice. NLM synopsis No. 04-005/KS shall be noted on all correspondence to this announcement.
