Description: Attitude Indicator Application: F-5, F-117. Solicitation Issue Date: 3 November 2003. Estimated Award Date: 27 February 2004 66--Services, Non-Personal. The contractor shall provide all labor, facilities, equipment and all material to accomplish Repair/Overhaul and/or Modification, Test, Packing, Preservation and packaging and return to the Government in a completely serviceable condition, in accordance with the work specifications contained in the contract, the items of Air Force equipment listed herein. A Firm Fixed Price Requirements type contract is contemplated with One Year, plus four One-Year Options. The Items and Estimated Quantities (EQs) are as follows: CLIN 0001: NSN 6610-00-581-0771; P/N 117410; NOUN: Attitude Indicator; APPL: F-5 and F-117 Acft.; (Basic Year) Qty: 36 Each; CLIN 0002 (Option Year I) Qty: 24 Each; CLIN 0003 (Option Year II) Qty: 24 Ea; CLIN 0004 (Option Year III) Qty: 24 Each; CLIN 0005 (Option Year IV) Qty: 24 Each. CLIN 0002: OVER AND ABOVE WORK on a ?AS REQUIRED? basis. CLIN 0003: DATA IAW DD Form 1423. Basic Year: Exhibit ?A?; OPTION I: Exhibit ?B?; Option II: Exhibit ?C?; Option III: Exhibit ?D?; Option IV: Exhibit ?E?. Deliveries are to Tinker AFB OK. Award may include options. Note: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential Offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
