- Description
- This is not a presolcitation notice pursuant to FAR Part 5 but rather is a request for market research information via sources sought synopsis pursuant to FAR Part 10. This survey is being conducted to find potential suppliers who possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet the requirements for qualification, and production of an ALQ-161 Digital Radio Frequency Monitor, current NSN 5895-01-249-6173. Contractors responding to this survey are placed on notice that particpation in this survey does not insure any participation in any future solicitation for this requirement. The government will not reimburse participants in this survey for any expenses associated with their particpation in this survey. Attached to this synopsis is a capability survey along with the top level drawings for the DRFM. Responses are due by COB 14 Novemmber 2003 IAW the instructions set forth in the capability survey document.
