- This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for the following commercial items: 4 each, Avant Guard 1200 Hospital Bed # LI158AX, with variable height foot pedal, Patient Helper, IV Pole & IV Hook. Note: Equivalents of the aforementioned item are acceptable. Price must include delivery. XXXX This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ FM560632660400. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-14 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. FOB: Destination for delivery to 52 Medical Group, GEB. 61 US-Wohnsiedlung, D-54634 Bitburg, Germany. The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.211-6 Brand Name Or Equal, FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors- Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-3 Offerors Representations and Certifications- Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items and 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders- Commercial Items. The Government reserves the right to award on a multiple award or an all or none basis.
