Description

NA Requirement type purchase order for one year period. Order will be placed on an as needed basis. Chemicals are Sulfuric Acid, 93 degree, 186,000 lbs, estimated monthly usage, 500 gallons; Sodium Hydroxide, 50 degree, 122,496 lbs, estimated monthly usage, 500 gallons; Sodium Bisulfite, 40 degree, 56,040 lbs, estimated monthly usage, 400 gallons; Sodium Hypochlorite, 15 degree, 3,600 lbs, estimated monthly usage, 300 gallons; Magnesium Hydroxide Powder, 24,000 lbs, estimated monhtly usage, 300 gallons; and Rock Salt, 36,000 lbs, estimated monthly usage, 1,500 lbs. FOB Destination. Dry chemicals will be delivered on pallets. Liquids will be delivered to containers at the final destination. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be consider ed.
