- NA The US Army RDEC Acquisition Center, Natick Contracting Division, has a requirement to purchase the following: 700 each, Plug Protection Caps; 700 each, Connectors; 3000 each, Conduit Locknuts; 1200 feet of Cable 10 feet long; 3000 each, Cord Grips, half inch NPT thread size, grip diameter half inch by 5/8 inches; 1800 each, Electrical Outlet boxes, 2 Gang with half inch NPT holes; 600 each, 2 Gang Electrical Outlet covers for ground fault and standard receptacles; 1200 each, 2 Gang Electrical Outlet cover s for standard recptacle; 650 each, Ground Fault Receptacles 20A 125V 60HZ NEMA 5-20R; 3000 each, Duplex Receptacles 20A 125V NEMA 5-20R; 12 each, Compression Tools with die kits; 24 each, Large Penta Head Socket Wrenches; 12 feet, Cables 500MCM shielded 5 kv single or MV 90 400 foot coils x 12 = a total of 4800; 72 each, Orange 28 inch Traffic Cones; 120 each, Connectors 500MCM crimp style lug one hole; 900 each, Lugs for 2/0 wire; 1200 each, Flat Washers; 1200 each, Split lockwashers; 1200 each, Hex nuts; 1200 each, Hex tap bolts 2-1/2 inches; 60 each, Eltro-kote/Scotchkote; 72 each, High Voltage Sign Stand; 192 each, Splice kits, inline, 5kv, 2/0 three splices; 72 rolls, Tape, Caution High Voltage; 396 rolls, Black Electrical Tape number 88; 72 rolls, Red Electrical Tape number 35; 72 rolls, White electrical Tape number 35; 600 each, Connector barrels, 2/0 compression; 120 each, Transformer, pad mounted 150kva Delta; 36 each, Termination Kits, 5kv, 500MCM with connectors, three terminal; 240 each, Bond stu d greaves; 156,000 feet, High Voltage number 2/0-5KW/133 percent direct burial cable install on 36 plastic spools. Twelve spools of 5000 feet and the 24 remaining spools consisting of 4000 feet totaling 156,000 feet; 1200 feet, Cable 500MCM bare copper, t welve 100 foot coils for a total of 1200 feet; 96 each, Terminations kits, 5kv, 2/0 three terminations. Individual part numbers to each of the items listed herein, will be specified on the Request for Quotation (RFQ). This is a commercial item, and will result in a Firm Fixed Price purchase order. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business. The NAICS Classification is 335999 the size standard for which is 1,000 employees. The Request For Quotation (RFQ) will be posted on the Natick Acquisiti on Web Site: https://www3.natick.army.mil on or about 22 October 2003.
