Description: NA Contractor shall furnish all necessary management, labor, materials, supplies, tools, equipment and transportation to perform janitorial services at the Panama City Site Office Facility. Services shall be performed in a safe and efficient manner. The con tractor shall be properly licensed to meet all Federal, State and local laws or certifications to perform this work. The contractor shall, at his/her own expense, obtain any licenses, permits and insurance to perform the contract work requirements. Prosp ective bidders should visit all work sites prior to bidding to become familiar with the working conditions, environment and quantity of work involved. Quotes are to be mailed to: U. S. Army Engineer District, Mobile, Attn: Contracting Division/CT-S/ Angela Taylor, P. O. Box 2288, Mobile, AL 36628-0001. The NAICS CODE for this procurement is: 561720; SIC CODE, 7349, SIZE STANDARD = $14,000,000.00. This procurement is a SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The solicitation will be available 20 October 2003 and closing date is November 5, 2003, at 2:00 p.m. CDT. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered.
