- Description
- The Office of Naval Research, Littoral Combat Future Naval Capability (FNC) requires technical support to ensure the transfer and transition of ONR and other Department of Defense (DOD) community science and technology programs provide mission-relevant, affordable new capabilities that create and exploit scientific breakthroughs, respond to fleet requirements, and support strategic U.S. industries. This effort will help identify and evaluate classified/unclassified technology solutions that have potential to provide the Marine Corps ISR programs with technically current and enhanced capabilities. The program is currently being supported by Atlantic Coast Telesys Corporation under ONR Order N00014-01-F-0479. This solicitation, N00014-04-R-0003, is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP) and is restricted to contractors having GSA contracts under the Management, Organization, and Business Improvement Services (MOBIS), Multiple Award Schedule 874, and Professional Engineering Services, Multiple Award Schedule 871.
