Description
The Bureau of the Public Debt will issue a commercial item solicitation, set-aside 100% for the exclusive participation of 8(a)-certified businesses, to acquire Information Technology (IT) Support for a base period and four option years, to provide and assist in all technical and management service areas supporting an array of information and data processing systems, their software, processes and activities throughout their life cycle for the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN). The functional areas tasks will provide analysis, design, programming and operational implementation resources support for the planning, development, and implementation of strategies, architectures, and program plans. Specific tasks include, but are not limited to: supporting all systems and software life cycle phases and activities; programming and analytical support; systems research and design; conducting technical reviews and assessments; providing related administrative support and services; developing and conducting training; and serving in liaison roles. These services shall be rendered at one main segment located in Vienna, Virginia serving approximately 350 users, and two other segments ? one Contingency of Operations site and one segment located in Washington, D.C. serving approximately 30 users. The current user base is expected to increase to approximately 500 customers over the life of this contact.
