This is a performance-based procurement for Elevator Maintenance Service and related repairs at the Alexander Hamilton US Custom House, 1 Bowling Green, New York, NY and is offered on an UNRESTRICTED basis. The NAICS code is 235950. The anticipated base performance period is three (3) years, January 1, 2004 through December 31, 2006 with two (2) one-year option periods.
