- Previously synopsized under Solicitation Number DECA08-03-R-0019, posted September 29, 2003. Furnish all the necessary supervision, personnel, supplies, and equipment to perform shelf stocking, receiving/storage/holding area, and custodial operations for the Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) Key West Naval Air Station Commissary located in Key West, FL, in accordance with the Government's Performance Work Statement (PWS). The base period is June 1, 2004 through May 31, 2005. The solicitation also includes four one-year option periods. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number is 561990 and the business size standard is $6 million. This solicitation will be issued on or about October 20, 2003, with a tentative closing date on or about December 18, 2003. The solicitation and all attachments necessary to prepare a proposal will be available from FedBizOps on or about October 20, 2003. Offeror's without the capability to download Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and/or Adobe PDF files, must request a paper copy and diskette via e-mail (carla.milot@deca.mil) or facsimile at (804) 734-8209. Telephone requests WILL NOT be accepted. All requests for a copy of this solicitation document must contain the solicitation number, requestor's name, address, phone number, fax number, business size, DUNS number, CAGE code, and email address.
