- Contractor to provide labor, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision to clean 24 sails of USCGC Eagle (WIX 327). USCGC Eagle is currently berthed at Ft Trumbell State Park Pier, New London CT. Contractors must contact POC for copy of complete solicitation which will include statement of work, FAR clauses, and listing of sails.
