- Description: Solicitation Number SP0450-04-R-0793, YPG03282000446, (1) NSN 6830-00-261-7445, Propane, in accordance with GPA STD 2140-97. The unit of issue GL is Bulk. This is Commercial item, QAP 251. Solicitation is Unrestricted and will result in a Firm Fixed Price Contract. Automated Best Value System applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Delivery requested FOB Origin, with Transportation expenses are reimbursable. Inspection and Acceptance will be at Destination. The line items are all (DVD) Direct Vendor Delivery. Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) and Hazardous Warning Label is required. The solicitation will be issue on November 12, 2003 with a closing date of December 12, 2003.
