- Solicitation Number SP0450-04-R-0672, LTC03259014537, (1) NSN 6850-01-467-7677, Photographic Toner Kit, Hewlett-Packard part number C4196A. Solicitation is Other than full and open competition, unrestricted. This is Commercial Item, therefore it will be solicited in accordance with Part 12. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for one year with an option to extend for (4) years. Automated Best Value System applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Delivery requested FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance, Destination, QAP 001. These items are all stocks with delivery to DLA stock location at Richmond, VA (SRG) and Tracy, CA (AQ5). Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) and Hazardous Warning Label is required. The solicitation will be issue on November 12, 2003 with a closing date of December 12, 2003.
