Description: Construct new High Density Polyethylene(PE) plastic pipe PE-3408 as defined in ASTM D1248, with a minimum cell classification of 345434C in accordance with ASTM D-3350-93. Size of the pipe will be 11/2? in diameter and total length will require at least 1.75 miles of new pipe. The 3 water tanks will have an area of 12?x 30? and a depth of 151/2?. Water troughs will have a total capacity of 225 gallons.
