- Engine/Tender Crew Training Record Inspection. These services include: (1) Work capacity fitness test monitoring; (2) Verification of contractor employees incident qualifications based on review of training and experience records; (3) Issuing individual employee Incident Identification/Qualification Cards; (4) Maintenance of contractor employee incident qualifications in an electronic database. A contract will be awarded for western Oregon, eastern Oregon, and for the state of Washington. The Washington area contract will require that these services be performed for approximately 800 personnel. The western Oregon contract area will include all contractors located west of the Cascade Mountains from the Columbia River to the California border, and will require that these services be performed for approximately 700 personnel. The eastern Oregon area contract will include all contractors located east of the Cascades from the Columbia River to the California border, and will require that these services be performed for approximately 2,000 personnel. The period for performing these services will generally be from February 1 through June 30 but may be extended through September 30. Contract period will be one year with two optional renewal periods of one-year each. Please note: This was previously advertised as Solicitation No. R6-04-001 as a Request for Information (RFI).
