Description

It is the Government?s intent to negotiate on a sole source basis with US Filter/Process Water, North Little Rock, Arkansas, to provide a water system service agreement to maintain Alchemy brand high purity water system located at the Jefferson Laboratories, FDA/ARL in Jefferson, Arkansas. FOB Point Destination, with services on-site. A request for quotations is not available. This is a firm fixed price requirement. Simplified procurement procedures will be utilized. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered. See numbered note(s) 22 and 23.
