Description: The National Institute on Aging, NIH, Gerontology Research Center, 5600 Nathan Shock Drive, Baltimore, MD 21224 has a requirement for a service and maintenance contract on Dako Cytomation MoFlo High Speed Cytometer system to include parts, labor and travel for unlimited full service for a period of one year. This incudes one preventative maintenance inspection during the agreement. Emergency service to be available. Includes updates of of all operating systems and engineering updates. Service call and PMI to be completed by professional Field Service Engineers which are authorized by the manufacturer. This is expected to be a sole source contract.
