- Description
- VA Lebanon intends to award a contract for "HVAC DEFICIENCIES- CHILLED WATER SYSTEM CORRECTIONS". Work shall include provision of all labor, materials and any other items necessary to replace exisitng Chilled Water Pumps and associated equipment and systems in several buildings at the VA Medical Center, Lebanon, PA. All work will be in strict compliance with all applicable codes and VA regulations. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. NAICS Code is 238220, with a small business size standard of $12.0 million. Estimated construction range is $500,000 to $1,000,000. This action is subject to availability of funds.
