- Description
- The GLAC (Great Lakes Acquisition Center) is soliciting quotations provide all labor, material, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform Preventive Maintenance and emergency services on the twenty-six (26) Cobe Dialysis Machines, Model Centry system 3, located at the VA Medical Center, Hines, IL. Anticipated period of performance is December 7, 2003 through September 30, 2004 with four (4), one-year option renewal periods, at the Government?s discretion. This is a Firm Fixed Price contract and this acquisition unrestricted. NACIS 811219. Offerors are reminded to complete all sections of the solicitation, including the Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. Anticipated award effective date is October 1, 2003. Electronic version and hard copy of solicitation will be available on or about October 21, 2003.
